Start the experience with a full Executive Human Design Profile outlining your leadership style, decision-making strengths, team dynamics, and business energy flow.
This invaluable reading includes customized integration strategies tailored to your industry and leadership role.
6-Month Framework
Month 1: Foundations & Mission – Deep dive into what you’ve already accomplished and truly clarify your mission and values. Expect deep vulnerability and some discomfort. Growth like this does not come without deep self-reflection & Human Design will offer insight & direction.
Month 2: Leadership & Presence – Elevating executive decision-making, communication, and strategic authority. Human Design will lead the way, but be ready to take everything down to the studs and really examine how you are showing up. Great leadership is complicated.
Months 3-4: Scaling & Strategic Growth – Optimizing systems, expanding revenue, and building long-term sustainability. Optimize both your design & the designs of your team and ideal customer, with the option to include consultation with other experts at this point to ensure your systems reflect what you learned in the first two months of reflection.
Months 5-6: Mastery & Long-Term Impact – Cementing your leadership identity and setting the stage for lasting influence. This is where it all comes together and you no longer need work life balance because you are fully integrating as a whole person.
